Luis Parras Ruiz de Azúa has joined MaxamCorp Holding, S.L. -Unipersonal- as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
The Company’s Board of Directors approved his appointment at its meeting held on 28 June 2025.

The Board of Directors of MaxamCorp Holding, S.L. -Unipersonal- (hereinafter, “MAXAM”), the Spanish multinational company specializing in the design and manufacture of civil explosives and the development of technological solutions for mining and civil engineering, backed by the Rhône Capital fund, has appointed Luis Parras as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
In his new role, Luis Parras will report to Carlos González Elejabarrieta, Corporate Managing Director, and will join the MAXAM’s Executive Committee.
With this appointment, MAXAM strengthens its leadership team and further reinforces the Company’s organizational structure to support its growth in the coming years, following the successful completion of its recent bond issuance.
Luis Parras brings over 20 years of professional experience, with solid expertise in capital markets. He has developed his career at international financial institutions such as JPMorgan and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and most recently served as a partner at MCH Private Equity, a Spanish private equity firm.
